Do not order from this company.Ordered in November with a promised 6 week delivery. Told In December week before they were due to arrive that the company knew of no delays. January was ignored by John multiple times. I finally managed to get through by calling off a different number who John then said he has no signal and hung up even though messages were being delivered at same time. I was then ignored again for weeks. Then told doors would come February as they needed one final item to be completed, then a month later they would be delivered as waiting 3 final items. Then on day of delivery in March they would be another month but I could have a refund as the doors hadn’t been cut yet.The owner John is rude and dishonest.Please do not waste your time and money on this company. The office number is sometimes off the hook for days. I have mainly only been able to get through to their mobiles by calling on private number.I understand completely that there are currently delays in this industry but there is no excuse for the lies or the stress they cause to others or the dishonesty about delays when products are ordered.There are many people in the same situation. They still accept orders and deny any delays until the day your doors are meant to come.Reviews on google seem to be deleted which give false representation of the company. Same with comments on there Instagram page. from the comments people have been waiting for doors since may last year and have still not received. Yet when I ordered mine in November he denied any known delays.I have finally received a refund today but have completely wasted 5 months of my time and would not like others to do the same.

Ordered 12 sliding sash windows (with all the kit, e.g., grey on white, astral bars, brass fittings) from John.Small delay (4 weeks), but John communicated throughout and worked hard to chase up the manufacturer.Windows arrived, have been fitted, and look fantastic. Transformed the house.

Absolutely stunning!Can't fault the expectional quality of Windows & Doors delivered by Trade Glaze Derby. The windows are different to most alternatives out there, they look better and more premium!Management staff were swift & supportive from initial design consultations to final delivery and fitment. Despite a very small delay which is common across all supply chains/trades nowadays the job was completed quickly and to a very high standard!I will definitely be purchasing from here for future projects! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ATB

Worst company I have EVER dealt with…Worst company I have EVER dealt with BADIf I could sum the experience up in one word it would be horrendous, the company is full of lies and false hopes. Dragging and leading you on for months and months with no consideration for your time or situation.They would lie to make it benefit themselves and not have any concerns about getting you the product you need.I would highly recommend you read this review and go elsewhere straight away as ordering through them will be a mistake you will regret!!!They are keen to take money and tell you very unrealistic time scales but once they have your money they won't make the order and you will call and call, text or email and get completely ignored or get hold of them once every couple weeks and be told there is delays. I waited months for my order and nothing ever arrived.I'm now having to take the company to court to get my money back as I was promised a refund for weeks and never got nothing!SHOCKING PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!

AVOID.... BIG Scambooked a bi-folding door back in December 2021 paid full money £2800 on that day, John promised this will be fixed by 1st week of jan as our building work completed by that week, call after calls, always come up with fake excuses [despite we have a premature baby at home living boarded up in January winter] then stopped answering the calls, had to travel 7 hours to see the office, promised refund, found another company, they came and installed within 5 days less then i have paid for UK trade network.applied for smalls claims court for the refund, no response dead line ended yesterday and now its gone to CCJ. waste of our time and money. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS BUNCH OF JOKERS.

Johnny is full of excuses, nothing is ever his fault and customer service is non existent. The issues we have have encountered since paying upfront and in full (February 2021), have been endless. The first installation attempt was absolutley shocking to say the least. Although according to Johnny, this wasn't his fault, as the fitter was sub contracted. At no point did Johnny mention this and we were led to believe that the fitters were part of his company when Johnny quoted us for supply and fit. Moreover, we've had to source and install brand new glazing for all heritage units (one door and two windows) due to the glazing being too small for the frames. Given this is a manufacturing issue, we still insisted on Johnny negotiating with the manufacturer to resolve the issue after we had failed to resolve it with them directly. Nearly a year, yes that's right, nearly a year later, since initially bringing the glazing issue to Johnny's attention, we are still awaiting a refund for the new glazing we had to pay for. This review could go on with specifics but we've wasted enough of our time over the past year. Our last communication to Johnny was a warning of court action if we have not received a refund. His response.... 'cool'. Unfortunately, we have now proceeded with court action. After seeing responses to other negetive reviews, we can only preempt that Johnny's response to this review will be a concoction of lies and attempts of justifying the issues we have occurred.

Do not use. Whilst the pandemic and covid have created delays. They have false dates for doors to be delivered. Repeatedly I’ve bored calls and messages, delayed our build and we were told ‘you’ll get them when you get them’. Team members helped but manager (John) ignore all communication. Has failed to seal doors once they arrived (incomplete). Pay a couple grand more through a reliable provider and don’t get stung because this company don’t care about their customers.

Never ever use this joke of a company!! Order and paid, windows never arrived. Lied about turning up on days and saying they was on their way but they wasn’t. It’s been almost a year since we ordered our windows. Tried to get a refund but he didn’t answer or respond to our messages for 3 months.Passed onto debt collection now and all of a sudden he is trying to ‘sort it out’. Take a look at their Instagram that’s enough to put you off!!Never experienced so much unprofessionalism dealing with a company.Lies after liesNever use this company

I'd vote zero if I could. 14 months down the line, still waiting for them to cone and fix the doors in properly and fit the seals In. Don't bother. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
