Thank you.I’d some how managed to let a very important date slip my mind, I needed flowers ASAP! I called flower lounge after finding them on Google hoping (and preying) they could make a bouquet up and get them delivered within the same day……within 4hrs they’d been made up and delivered! My Father was over the moon and “nearly fell over” when he received the flowers. Thank you so much Mia and everyone else who made it possible. XVictoria A

Can't begin to explain how amazing this business is. After contacting via Facebook to make an order from Australia to be delivered in Hartlepool they exceeded all expectations. I asked for them to add 11 miniature spirit bottles in the bouquet and within the arrival of the bottles the bouquet was made and delivered within 24 hours. Such a smooth process and they're the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen!! Thank you!!!!

I recently ordered a box bouquet for my lovely daughter in law to be delivered in Hartlepool. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and well thought of for the Christmas season, full of wonderful colours and plenty of variety. It has to be one of the loveliest displays I have ever purchased and will definatly be using them in future even though I don't live in the area. Thank you for making her day even more special

Used this florist for the first time for delivery of 3 bouquets... The standard of service was exceptional, from the lovely friendly lady who took the telephone order to the fast delivery of three beautiful bouquets. Would highly recommend, I have paid much more for far less from other florists. Exceptional value and all round brilliant friendly service....
