Just returned from purchasing a fantastic Golf GTi from Ian. He was professional from the get go: friendly, accommodating and without the usual salesman patter or pushiness. Nothing was too much trouble and he even threw in a full set of high end tyres free of charge. Both the guys at Outrams are car nuts who know their stuff and were a delight to deal with. Very happy customer.

Bought a car from Chris about 3 weeks ago and entire experience was great.Accommodating with test drives times, even offering to stay open when we couldn't get there during their open hours.All my, many, questions were answered and he was fantastic with my mother, who the car was for. He was open to negotiation (car had some scratches but was fixed within the price) and very informative but not pushy about extras/ add ons.Car had service and MOT before it was handed over, needed some work but Chris notified me immediately and was transparent about what needed done. Car is working well with no issues and can't tell there were any scratches. Also got a good trade-in deal for my 16 year old car!Chris is great at his job and made buying a car actually enjoyable, even helping me out with registering a new car in my name despite the car not coming from Outrams.100% recommend and would not hesitate to return to buy a new car from Chris or this place

We recently sold our car to Outrams through Alan and we can't recommend them enough. He gave us a competitive price as well as keeping us informed and helping us through an unfamiliar process. I recently saw a bike on gumtree that seemed to good to be true so I messaged on the off chance that it was as perfect as the advert made out, after a few messages I rang and spoke to Alan who was great and told me all about it’s history and condition of the bike. That was it I just had to put a deposit down straight away before someone else bought it and rode a 400+mile round trip to fetch it. Alan was perfect and dealt with everything for me and made sure I left with a full service, MOT, tax and even petrol to get back with.I couldn’t recommend these enough

Over the years I have bought cars and had servicing done from most of the Main dealers in the local area. The thing that stands out about this garage , The staff and prices. You will be treated as a human being, the staff are Car nuts and will spend the time to give you the service that you need. There is no hard sell on either sales or service. NO up selling either. I was given the choice of an old school proper mechanical repair or a new replacement part. There is always a worry that the smaller garages cannot offer the same service as larger dealers but this is not the case here. The workshop staffed are highly trained to main dealer standards and beyond. Prices are considerably cheaper than a Franchised garage. So far I have had 2 of my 3 cars serviced and MOT`d here and they even came back washed. A friend of mine recently had his car at the local Nissan dealer who identified almost £1000 of work required Out-rams was able to reduce this bill massively. So dont just take my word for it Pop along You have nothing to lose and and could save a small fortune. See Alan he will keep you right

Very welcoming and professional friendly staff. I bought a BMW X5 and to say I am pleased is an understatement. They were true to their word with the trade in price for my Disco 3 and the process of the sale was so smooth.
