Greg who runs the service is simply amazing. We were so worried before travelling but Everything was smooth. He knew everything and was just on time and on point. We came all the way from Singapore with our cat who was travelling for the first time. So there was no room for error. I’d really recommend their service. Top notch

Their communication service is fantastic , as they reply and give advice on what is the best solution for the outcome you are searching for! We travelled from Paris to London with a Pomeranian baby puppy. The journey was smooth and everything was 10/10 professional ! Definitely the only company we will use in future !!!

Exceptional service from people who genuinely care about you, your pet, their job and their commitment to you!!Greg and Monika delivered a service that went way above expectations and made what could have been a stressful journey a pleasurable experience. They CARE a lot about their customers (human and pets), and their company and the service they provide. It's not a job to them, it's a passion.Firstly, from very first contact on the phone, to follow up, clarifying details and making final arrangements, both Greg and Monika were pleasant and professional. The communication was smooth and efficient and at no point did we have to chase them or need clarity due to poor communication. They were there for us and quickly understood our needs and promptly strategised the plan. They suggested which pet friendly hotels we could use and walked us through each step of the process.We needed to travel with 3 people and 3 dogs from central London to Lisbon (Portugal). The journey involved driving from London to Calais via the tunnel, then through France where we stayed in a hotel near the Spanish border, and then driving through Spain to Lisbon. The journey started at 6am in London on day 1, and ended in Lisbon at 430pm on day 2.Greg let us know when he left to collect us on day 1, he updated on his progress and arrived exactly on time. The planning was immaculate, he knew the journey times to the U.K. tunnel entrance, the pet check in process and times, the train boarding times, we did zero and he took control and responsibility.The vehicle was extremely comfortable (we used the large Mercedes V class which is like a small minibus), the cars condition was perfect, it was clean and Greg had all the pet travel equipment we needed, he also provided bottles of water, fruit and snacks. He did not play loud music, or talk on his phone during the journey. We did chat with him but he let us rest and talk amongst ourselves a lot. He had a lot of knowledge of Europe and pointed out interesting things as we traveled, he also knew exactly where to stop for fuel and rest breaks. He was very good with our dogs, he clearly loves animals and understood their needs.The journey was fun, which we didn't expect given it was 21 hours on the road, we thought it was be awful but it was more like an adventure with a cool tour guide!He was fun but also very serious about his commitment to us. We felt safe and trusted him.Some people in life do the minimum required, but others like Greg and Monika want to maximise their potential, the potential of opportunities they have, they care about doing the best possible because they take pride in their work, pride in themselves and want to honour the trust someone puts in them.I would not only highly recommend them for your pet needs, but also see them building the best and biggest company of its type in Europe.Thanks Greg and hope to keep in touch.

Flawless from start to finish!After a very early train from London to Folkestone, Arek greeted us with a big smile and a swift drive through check-in, onto Pet registration. It being our first time travelling abroad with our little Cavalier we were extremely grateful to be able to bumble along bleary-eyed knowing that we were in more than capable hands! Arek dropped us at Calais Frethun having checked our onward train was on schedule and left us to it. Three weeks later we were picked up by the wonderful Greg to take us back to the UK, which was an equally smooth and comfortable ride.Having done a fair amount of research we we felt confident in the price and reassured by the excellent and prompt customer service. Blankets, fresh water, a quality car and ultra professional, yet friendly service means you can just put your feet up and enjoy the ride- it really felt like our holiday started the moment we got into the car. You could also tell that Greg and Arek are clearly animal lovers and we all felt like VIPs.Looking forward to using Luxury Pet Taxi when we go on holiday again!

After thorough benchmarking, we chose Luxury Pet Taxi to drive from Paris to London with our cat. We were eager to find a safe and stress-free way of traveling since our indoor cat gets very anxious when we need to transport her.Luxury Pet Taxi made the whole process of booking and informing seamless and easy. Our driver Marcel was amazing, we did several stops and a litter box was prepared just in case. Couldn't recommend enough!

What a wonderful journey! My wife and I flew all the way from Taiwan to Amsterdam and Greg was there to greet us.Greg is a jolly cheerful man with excellent driving skills. We were in good hands and enjoyed every single bit of our journey.

I have use this company from Paris to London, Greg came and pick me and muy mini poodle from the airport in Paris and drove us to central London.
