Claire and Ivim has been really helpful, I was looking for a Christmas present for my aunt, and they showed me the options and found the perfect necklace, these guys are stars.

Went into shop to have new links in watch. Wrong links was sent to shop. They where as helpfully as one could be.

Really good experience. Mrs.Sharon guided me in a good manner, really helped me to find a good staffs from the shop.which really appreciated.I would highly recommend this place for buying different types of branded watches.

Sharon served me today she was very welcoming polite and friendly, she gave me 10/10 service and I couldn’t be happier.

I had bought a ring, in H Samuel's, 26 years ago. I wanted to give it to my granddaughter but had no box for it. I asked if they had a spare one for me and offered to pay for it. Not only did the find me a box, they refused the donation too. What a sweet gesture. Both ladies were smiley and kind.

Bought a beautiful necklace for a very good price as a gift and the lady serving me (Sharon) was really friendly, nice to talk to and very patient given my indecisiveness! I will definitely be shopping here again for myself. :)

We went to HSamuel in Gloucester on Saturday and were served by Sharon. Sharon was really helpful and super friendly and even checked my ring was definitely silver to make sure we were getting the right product, thank you very much Sharon! X

H Samuel gave us very good customer service. A watch I purchased was damaged and they were very helpful in ensuring I got a replacement.

I visited today, and was greeted by Sharon whose willingness to help was extremely commendable. While I wasn’t able to view a watch that I had in mind, she offered alternatives which could have taken me away from spending my money at H Samuel. While I was keen to see if I could view this brand H Samuel wasn’t able to offer in store. I went away to see if I could view this elsewhere in Gloucester. I reflected on the kindness and the compassion Sharon provided in the first encounter. Her service today was well above par and in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to return or even recommend Gloucester, H. Samuel to friends/ family.Sharon thank you very much for you excellent service! Service likes this should be recognised and I believe it’s imperative that H.Samuel act on this form of customer service.While Sharon was the point of contact for me, the other lovely assisting was also superb.
