Really good service, very nice doors installed. Would give 7 stars if possible.

1 star because I can't put zero! Bought 55m2 of tiles 3 years ago, all good. We needed another 25m2 of the same. Tiles received and when we checked they'd short delivered and didnt tell us. When we opened the pallet only the top 2 tiles were the same finish as the originals, the rest were matt. Now the tiles are down we noticed that there are 2 different tiles within the rest and 2 different thicknesses. Multiple WhatsApp messages to Memut who reads them and doesn't reply. He answers the phone sometimes. We've paid full price for something we haven't received and never once been told that they don't have stock or can't get hold of the original tiles. Overall experience has been extremely poor, no honesty and looks like they've tried offloading end-of-the line tiles on to us. Won't be using them again or recommending them to anyone. Hopefully this review stirs Memut into offering some money off!
