Safeseal Warm Roofs

Having spoken to a number of companies about extensions, conservatoires or Orangeries we decided Safeseal Warm Roofs were the best around and we were not disappointed. From the first initial visit by Tim, we knew they could be trusted. Many questions were answered, no pressure was put on us to make a decision unlike other companies out there. Tim spent time talking through various options with us.As a result we have added a wraparound orangery onto the house with a Warmroof and Lantern. It really is living up to its name of a warm roof. The build is extremely professionally, each of the fitters or builders we had on site were excellent and did an amazing job, working on some of the hottest days this year.They cared about how the final job was completed and took pride in their work. The end result -we now have an incredbly smart new room which just changes the whole house. Would I recommend them- in a heart beat. Are they value for money- I don't think you would find better. Do they care about the build- most definitely. To Tim, David and the rest of the team a massive Thank You.

Safe Seal fitted a supalite roof to our conservatory after we ask for a Leka roof system and after waiting 5 months and many phone calls , two workmen came to strip out the old conservatory roof , i asked them have you ever fitted a Leka warm roof and they told me they were going to fit a wooden frame warm roof . I told Tim Wilkens that i wanted my deposit back .Mr Wilkens came back that he would fit a supalite warm roof system for the same cost . They fitted the Supalite roof i found the work to be shoddy and very amateurist .I had to get Mr Wilkens back to rectify a lot of problems with the roof , I have tried to contact Mr Wilkens about the warranty . I have been told that he has not applied for it at the consumer protection association , so it looks like i will have to take legal action to get the warranty which is in the contract . So think twice about using this company . From signing contract to Safeseal and completing the fitting of the roof one year later
