Amber Windows

We are extremely pleased with our new windows. The process went very smoothly and as promised. Our 2 fitters, Steve and Julian, were very polite and friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. They have made sure everything is as it should be. They have done an excellent job and tidied up after themselves! We would highly recommend them to family and friends.

We had amber windows fit 12 windows and two new doors front and back, over the space of 2 days the work was carried out. we had quotes from a few places before deciding and we did have a few cheaper quotes but ambers actuall windows where by far the best quality. We had two fitters Pete and Ian and both where fantastic couldn't 'recommend them enough. We have 3 children and was dreading the work been done while trying to fit in a school run looking after a toddler and a baby, but they where brilliant didn't disrupt our normal routeen at all, they where very clean and tidy while working and i didn't even realise they where here while working up stairs apart from the odd drilling and taking old windows out. The finished result is at the best quality can't fault them both at all and I'm very fussy. We are very happy with the end results of all our windows and doors. Thank you

She asked me to pass on her satisfaction with the outcome and the attitude of the fitter, Michael. The front of her house is now consistent and in terms of the colour of the frames, which was a prime motive for the work being carried out, once the bay window had been replaced, also by Amber windows.The only criticism would be that my mother received two different quotes for the work, with no explanation in the paperwork for the difference in price. However, the price difference was explained to her by the fitter.

We had our new windows fitted by Pete and Ian. They made a fantastic job of fitting them. They were clean, tidy and professional. Both were extremely friendly and polite. Amber provided a professional service from start to finish. Right from the original canvasser, the sales team, fitters and after sales.We definitely recommend Amber Windows!!

Julian and Steve arrived to install our third set of windows this morning. The guys were very efficient and completed the job without fuss and with minimal mugs of tea. Had Windows fitted back in 2009 at the time you could call nothing was to much trouble, recently had a pane of glass is broken call them for a quote to replace it and door seals, then told me £90 for a quote. Even though website promots free quote

I had all seven windows and two doors replaced as well as the front porch rebuilt. The brickies were first class, as were Julian and Steve who installed the frames and windows. They were very professional in answering all my queries and completed the job on time and to a very high standard.I would recommend their work to anybody.

Persistent and false information given during initial consultation by sales rep.They did not deliver what was said.The conservstory has been built for 3 months and I've had constant ongoing problems regarding finishing touches and leaking when raining. Constant delays in trying to arrange engineers and managers to fix it. NOT HAPPY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Ordered two replacement windows. Salesman knew the product well and we got exactly what we order. Mick who did the installation arrived when we were told and did a really good job and cleaned away any mess and no damage on the inside decoration.
