Got my windscreen replaced today (11-3-23). The service was excellent. My technician Najib was brilliant and had the work finished within about an hour. The only gripe I had was the fact that I was supposed to get the work done at the Romford branch, but the replacement windscreen was delivered to Harlow.

Just had my windscreen replaced on my (21 plate) BMW 2 Series, I’m very OCD and particulate about my car. Was greeted by Harry who was super polite and very friendly and then I knew my car was in safe hands before they’re touched it. They’re done such an amazing job and made sure it’s a genuine BMW windscreen and looks exactly how it left the factory. Absolute 10/10 service thank you guys.

Excellent workmanship and technicians.Marked down on the basis there is no direct line to call this specific workshop, and a slightly condescending manner of the workshop manager when I arrived“Are you sure you have a booking, are you sure it’s not with Autoglass? (Who were a few doors down)
