Been coming here with my parents over the years they have lived locally and always had A1 service with a genuine interest in all our Eye health welfare.. Don’t usually write reviews but… recently we lost mum and well times have been tough on us and Dad especially and well sometimes you don’t want to attend regular appointments when your grieving.. the gang’ at Robert’s Broadway Liverpool made us feel welcome and cared for and showed massive amounts of care and empathy and well we were glad we went for our regular checkup as it sorta made other’ appointments easier for us to attend..Thanks ROBERTS’ especially big shout out to Gill & Liz, their friendly warm professional manners are exceptional and an example why independent business just gives that extra’ mile in customer focused care!Thank you again.Su & James Smith

I was a little unhappy with my previous optician, and today was the first time at Robert Glass. I wish I had been there years ago.Very friendly staff, all extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt safe and secure that all staff knew what they were doing at all times. My eye test itself seemed to me to be far more thorough than I had ever had, and everything was explained fully. I needed new glasses and bought them there, feeling confident. I am very grateful to all.

Robert Glass is one of the best Opticians around.You will get looked after, a friendly team will welcome you and make you feel great they all have 20+ years of experience there are a ray of Glases to choice from I had 3 pairs in less then 30 min.I am more then happy. Thank you again.

Overall great service, opticion dealt with me in a quick and professional manner. All the staff in store made me very welcome.I was shown a wide variety of glasses by the staff in store and picked the ones to my liking.My glasses were delivered after five days in which I received a handy text to tell me they were available for collection.I contacted the store and they told me to come in for a fitting, I tried my glasses on and they needed adjusting. Elizabeth adjusted then so they were perfect, she also encouraged me to contact the store if I ever have a problem with my glasses.I am really happy with my experience.

The staff were friendly,helpful and professional during my visit for a sight test and also when I called in to collect my bifocals.Great service all round.Well done.

The staff are very friendly i had been seen by mr glass and he was kind and helpful had a new treatment which will help staff see progression in my eyes i love my glasses and sunglasses

I cannot believe I have not visited here earlier. I have used several different opticians over the years but Robert Glass opticians stand out ahead of them all. From the start, booking the appointment was easy and on a day and time which suited me. When I visited for my appointment all staff were welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. For each process which was completed I was given a full explanation of what was happening and the reason for the process. There is a vast selection of frames to choose from and colleagues were helpful in advising on differences and knew what frames would best suit me. Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish. Recently had an eye test at Robert Glass Opticians. To be honest, I was blown away by how amazing it was. They used the latest technology and it was more like a professional consultation than just an eye test. They checked my eye health and every other part of my eyes, even scanning them and showing me cross section views followed by professional analysis. I really didn’t expect it to be so good. I went on to purchase a really modern pair of Armani glasses. Top class friendly service, would definitely use them again!
