Alain repaired my bike on let’s say a very short notice. Thank you so much for your help and the rescue during my bike packing trip from Osnabrück, Germany to Dublin, Ireland. That’s the kind of workshop I’d wish to have at home!

I just wanted to say a really big thank you to you for all you help and co-operation you have been great, both my girls got a bike for alan's bicycle shop this year for there birthdays and they couldn't be more happy with what they have received... Alan was great and couldn't have been more helpful, he went above and beyond to help find the best suited and correct style for both girls and was extremely patient, thanks for everything it was much appreciated xx
