I paid 50% of the treatment I requested upon booking. On my part, my fault was that I was 10 minutes late for my appointment. However, 98% of the times I have been, I have always had to wait at least 10 minutes and have never complained. Being late meant that my treatment was rushed and I now have patches of hair on my legs which the therapist missed. I did suggest to the therapist that she only wax half my legs as I wanted whatever was done properly. However, she was confident she had enough time to do a full leg wax. When I went to pay after the treatment, the therapist was extremely rude. I don’t know why she had to ask me what treatment I had when it’s all on their system anyway! She then charged me £10.50 extra in addition to the remaining 50% that I owed. I asked her why in response to which she tapped a calculation on her calculator aggressively. When I explained to her, the part that was additionally waxed is usually done by Lauren anyway at no extra charge, she rudely remarked “well that’s Lauren problem”. It literally took the therapist less than 30 seconds to do a little extra and that wasn’t even done properly. There are patches of hair left! I then said to the receptionist that I won’t be coming here again to which she again rudely exclaimed “well that’s fine then”. There was no explanation given forget an apology. As soon as I left the shop, I called and left a message with the same receptionist explaining that I’d like to speak to the manager.I did not receive a call back.

What an absolute gem of a beauty clinic. I've been coming here for overa decade! The staff have always been helpful, friendly and professional. Even when they have been rare times, I've had to arrive late, letting them know in advance has always meant they could see me. The owner Julie, is an amazing human, more understanding and patient than anyone can give credit for. Thank you for your treatment recommendations and for always listening to what I need. I always recommend you to friends and family and they've thanked me for it! I hope I'll be coming here for another decade and more! :o)

My relatives organised a spa trip here and we all got massages. Everyone had a great time and we all commented on how good the experience was. The staff were friendly and we all left feeling very relaxed.I look forward to coming back next time I’m in town!

My daughter missed her very first appointment due to me forgetting what day were on so was deducted the full amount rather than the 50% as stated. Be careful of recommending someone as you’ll be monitored for their attributes and would be penalised as you recommended them. A few times the manager messed up my appointments and I have been extremely cooperative as we’re neighbours so have been on the cancellation list most of the time. I have spoken to the receptionist as Julie the manager will not confront you. She had papers with issues on and all it was that Julie had enough of me with rearranging when I clearly explained that this was Julie’s fault for not booking in system which she’s aware of. Apparently when they’re fed up of you, they’ll take all your deposits and you’re out. Yet, we’re neighbours!! I take their parcels etc!!!

Loved this place. I come here every few months but my last visit was very disappointing. I usually get the crystal clear microdermabrasion and Lauren and Julie have been great. I have had 1 treatment with Danielle and she was new she did an amazing job. My last visit however, it is meant to be for 60 mins and it finished in 40 mins. No massage was done which usually is included and i was sat in the dark for the last 10 mins of the 40 mins. I was shocked that i paid for a deluxe microdermabrasion when I didn't get anything deluxe. Should have been an express.

I had dermaplaning done for the first time ever today at pure health and beauty. I heard a lot of horror stories of others with their experience so I was a little hesitant but Lauren completely reassured me. She was highly professional, warm and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be returning!5* from me.
