Very disappointed. Trying to find out what has happened to my order, their website advise that I leave a email which I have done several times. I have left my phone number but no reply. They have taken the payment for the product needless to say. Appalling way to conduct business. Thinking the worst.

I placed an order, a Christmas present, on 9th November. It's 23rd December now and Donann won't answer their phone, their message tells you the best way to contact them is by email. Six emails later and they still haven't responded. Fortunately I have family that live near them who will be paying them a visit very soon.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. No phone answer, two email responses weeks ago then silence. I will raise a dispute with PayPal if I don't hear back today. So disappointed as this was an early Christmas gift I will be unable to deliver.

My daughter bought a dressing gown and despite us both trying to contact was not received or refunded monies paid. Won't return calls or messages. I'm assuming they are out of business.

Can't get in touch with them regarding an overdue order. Never picks up the phone, answer voicemail or emails. Need to go through my credit card as I'm out of options.

I have used this company a couple of times as my son is 6ft 8 tall and so getting onesie's to fit him is difficult. On both occasions, I have received my products in time for Christmas (2020 & 2022 (arrived today)) and prior to, received an email with a tracker reference. For tall people to be able to have products specifically made, is fantastic and not offered by many. Wouldn't use any other company as I know when they say they will fit my son, they do. Others say they do but they arrive and are too short.

This is a scam website.Bought items and never got delivered. Never replied to phone calls or emails.Had to go through PayPal dispute to get my money back.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

I've ordered several onesies from this company before for my husband and the first 2 times they arrived within the month and were of great quality. The most recent time I ordered however my order never arrived. No response to emails, calls or voicemails. I had to open a paypal dispute to get my money back. So disappointed as I was looking forward to getting a onesie of my own that fitted.
