Swanwick Post Office

New owner. Disgusting. He always snores and has snot all over him. Vile man.

I witnessed a street fight between the owner and a local cage fighter. And afterwards I was robbed of my ham and cheese sandwich and then I figured out it was the owner. The shop smells of black tar heroin fresh from Mexico so it's safe to say I don't recommend this place

A fine example of a local post office. But you will have a difficulty with carpark spaces as you will need to park on the limited road available.

Doesn’t even deserve one star, I am appalled by the behaviour of the staff at this shop. The owners wife and another woman were extremely nasty to my 8 year old nephew who has autism. Talking about his ticks in a derogatory way and telling him to stop making noises. This unsettled him very much and gave him a lot of anxiety and he was extremely upset after this encounter. His school noticed his anxiety the next day and my sister has informed the staff what the horrible women in this shop said to him and how they behaved. They have told everyone they know not to visit this store again. There is a shop just down the road with much nicer staff, don’t put money into these peoples pockets. They need to learn how to respect and treat other people, especially those who have autism and other conditions. I will also be contacting the select and save group.

Great post office and staff who work hard and put plenty of hours in to provide a great service to customers.Hands off Royal Mail, you should be opening more places like this not closing them

Rubbish service, the new owners of this shop doesn't deserve to be in swanwick. Post office is always shut, yet the shop remains open to stupid o clock in the evening. Doesn't make any sense what so ever. It's meant to support the community yet doesn't do this. The post office is a major part to most people's life's without this service the shop may as well not exist. The new staff are rude and ignorant and look like they don't want to be there.I'm now using the onestop in Alfreton as my main local shop, that's how ridiculous it is. I'm having to use a shop in another area.

Wonderful staff , nothing is ever too much for any of them. I support an autistic lady to shop there for her essentials and they are absolutely brilliant with her and treat her like every other person. This is hard to find!
