Reserving judgement . one of the saw's I had apparently sorted is still no better than it was before I dropped it off. Update have now had the opportunity to try both these saws .I'm extremely disappointed both came back and neither have proven to be any better than when dropped off. I did have my doubts when told they had just changed the fuel and cleaned the fuel filter that was never going to cure either saw's problem. I suggest that if you have any mechanical problems find someone else

I couldn’t have asked for more. I needed a new mower. The options were very well presented and I felt that there was no hard selling. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The mower was prepared, I was shown how to use it, loaded up and I was away… mowing my lawn within an hour with my new beast. Thankyou for all your help! Really appreciate it.. especially when I hadn’t got a clue about what I needed! Would very highly recommend. Old school personal service.
