My partner suggested this restaurant having been there before.You have to navigate some pretty steep stairs to get in but after that it's a beautiful and cosy atmosphere. We sat in the bar area as the restaurant was fully booked.We sat in candlelight enjoying our cocktails which were 2 for £15. The cocktails were well mixed and tasty.We then had cheese starters and bread with dips. We then both had chicken gyros. We were so full by the end.The staff were all friendly and attentive.Well worth the money and a vist.Would happily go again.

Great food! We booked a late table at OPA, and we throughly enjoyed most of the food! The white wine mussels were delicious, probably the best mussels I have ever had (and I’ve had A LOT in my lifetime), vine leaves fresh and delicious, you could tell they were home cooked. We found the beef in the beef stew quite dry, but the waiter took our feedback on like an absolute champ, which is why I am giving 5 stars today. I am sure that they will take our feedback on board for next time. Overall, it was a really nice experience finished off with shots of Ouzo, and we will definitely be back again!

We came here on a recommendation. The cocktails were average, nothing special. The margetia was not good at all. The food was lovely but we waited almost an hour for our mains after getting one starter to share. The staff were lovely. It was very pricey compared to what we experienced throughout our trip in Bath

We were here for a late, afternoon lunch They offered a special that was 2 courses with wine or dessert for a set price. The special had generous portions and was well worth the price. The food was delicious and full of flavor. We plan on coming back again.

Visited during what looked to be off hours for the restaurant around 5pm on a Monday. No one else was there. 3 staff members running front of house and still seemed unattentive. The restaurants location must be what makes it attract guests. I can only agree with most of the reviews, the food is overpriced and underwhelming. I can't recommend the cocktails either, they're poorly executed. Make sure to skip this place during your visit to Bath. It has tourist trap written all over its menu.Tzatsiki, Hummus, and spicy feta dips tasted generic. Mykonos mushrooms tasted out of a can. The only saving grace were the halloumi fries which would make for a great pub food item.I fast for 18 hours before going here for dinner. Usually any food can taste amazing when finishing an intermittent fast. This spot did not.

such a gorgeous restaurant. saw a lot of reviews calling it a tourist trap and saying the food was a rip off but couldn’t be further from it. my partner and i both had amazing meals and agreed it’s probably the best food we’ve ever eaten, and we’re both very big foodies. the service was great, daniel was so friendly and attentive and we even had other servers checking in on us throughout the meal. such a beautiful place and great food. not a ‘trap’ or ‘rip off’ at all. would go again in a heartbeat.

Let me start by saying, I've been very fortunate to visit many, many restaurants around the world.Myself and partner, visited Opa this weekend for my birthday and it had been booked a week in advance.When we got there, immediately I felt a lack of hospitality but went in open minded. We we were then shown to a seat in the bar area and told that there were no tables available in the restaurant area. The only option was bar seating (on stools) or outside in a tent on the terrace. I was willing to sit outside but my partner was very upset by this as she had booked it specifically for the interior decoration of the restaurant.The manager could not have cared less and offered us no solution other than to wait possibly an hour" in the bar area.No real excuse other than the manager blaming "google integration" for their faulty booking system not booking us a seat in the restaurant was given.We accepted having to wait an hour for hour seat to become available and had to make our own way over to the bar seating as the manager literally walked away.No free drinks were offered for making us wait.After a fairly short time

We visited today for lunch so we enjoyed the lunch special they offer of a starter and a main + a dessert/glass of house wine. We thoroughly enjoyed all our food and would definitely recommend to everyone. We enjoyed the starters but shared them (Mediterranean trio, calamari and greek salad). There was so much food! We then had vegetable moussaka and chicken gyros. We were all very happy with our food and was lovely how quiet it was. Will definitely be back.

Definitely go for the pics not the food lol (the flavor was underwhelming and it wasn't hot). Or maybe I came at a bad time. Either way I am grateful they were able to give us a table without reservation. The staffs were super nice and pleasant. They do have an amazing drink selection. I had a great time despite the lackluster food and it is definitely a spot for a bachelorette dinner or date night.
