Had an amazing experience here. Booked in for an eye test and the optician was extremely thorough and really took her time trying to address some concerns I was having with my eye sight. The customer service in the shop was great too, I was helped by Oscar who was extremely knowledgable and really helped me make the best choice re glasses and lenses. I would definitely recommend shopping here

Took two pairs of Ray-Bans we’d bought from the Ray-Ban store into the Ray-Ban store. They needed fixing. The manager said we had to order the parts online then bring them in for him to fix them. Weird that the Ray-Ban store can’t order Ray-Ban. Weird vibe too.

Had such a lovely experience at this store. Miyah was extremely helpful in helping me with the pair I wanted to order. She was very attentive and friendly and even helped me fix my old pair of sunglasses. I couldn’t have been happier with the service!

The manager (?) Julia is very unprofessional and rude. They messed up my order and brought the wrong glasses and when I pointed out the mistake (with pictures) she still denied this and said I’m confused. Quite shocking behaviour.

Visited on the recent Bank Holiday Monday and was looked after by Oscar who was brilliant and took me through the range, different styles and lens types. I purchased two pairs: not just because of my past experience and love of the brand, but mainly because of the top class customer service received. Highly recommend Covent Garden store and Oscar if you need advice! Thanks again.

I popped into the store yesterday and had a great experience. I didn’t have a huge a month of time but wanted to pick the right sunglasses. Bianca was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about what would suit my face shape. She also helped me entertain in 7 month old baby while I tried on sunglasses. I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. Thank you Bianca!

honestly, as an asian I experienced racism here. I was in the store for about good 10 minutes just looking around and no one approached me and asks if I need any help so, I asked the man in suit probably the store manager that if I can try the pairs on but he refused and said no not even looking at me. I was so embarrassed because I was with my sister and didn’t want to look bad infront of my sister. So on that day I ended up getting a pair from another rayban store.

Bianca, the assistant manager, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She helped me get a better offer on some glasses and even helped me return some glasses that I had already ordered but that I wanted to change. I highly recommend this location, everyone was helpful, including Luis.

Went there the other day looking for a new pair of sunglasses as I had lost mine. The lady who served me (I believe she is called Bianca) was absolutely amazing, not only she helped me find the right model and colour but managed to give me a five star customer service despite being pretty much alone in a very busy shop. She has been great!
