Ray is always friendly, very fair, trustworthy and happy to provide honest advice which is refreshing. Ray has done both major and minor work for us, including replacing an entire old warm air system with central heating and helping with our kitchen refit (including making excellent recommendations for other tradespeople!) which involved coming up with some creative problem solving to fulfil our rather specific wishes.

I can’t speak for Raymond’s plumbing skills but I can say for certain that he is one of the most kind and selfless people o have ever met. On the 1st December I was driving to my Christmas party at 7pm and my tyre went flat I pulled into screwfix and ray who was driving home stopped and offered me help. Not only was it freezing cold it was almost pitch black outside and he’d just finished a long day of work. He swapped my tyre onto my spare, which sadly didn’t fit then he re-fitted my tyre and I parked it. He then went out of his way and dropped me at my Christmas party. We have used Alba Plumbing a number of times and have always been very pleased with every result.Ray is one of the hardest working professionals we have come across. He always cleans up at the end of each day when he is doing multiple day jobs and he always works to a high standard.
