Adele is a caring and intuitive therapist. I felt instantly relaxed and at ease in her company and enjoyed my massage very much. Would highly recommend.

This is one of the best Spa experiences I have ever been on. It's so much better than your everyday hotel spa. Adele is so educated and knowledgeable in what she does. I walked into a calm and tranquil, place, she is such a great person and easy to talk to she, makes you feel right at home. She put together a special package for me, as I was exhausted from being a first time mum. Bespoke and specific to my needs. Chocolate covered strawberries, foot bath and massage, full body massage, head massage and a facial what more could I have asked for. It was so relaxing and the massage was altered for my needs and I felt so much better afterwards. Adele did some unplanned trigger point work on my lower back and the pain has actually disappeared and has not returned. I still can't believe it. She is magic and I will now only go to her for massage when I need it. I have no complaints and there is nothing she can improve on 10/10. Thank you Adele

Amazing’ had a fabulous half day spa package with Adele it was so relaxing. Everything is thoughtfully planned, loved the hot tub, garden, relaxation is guaranteed. Have used big chains for spa treatments previously. I would chose Adele every time, had the best massage felt like she really cared for us as individuals. 5 star ⭐️ faultless. Wish we could go every week.

Adele really takes the time to listen to your needs to ensure that you get the most out of your treatment.Both Adele and her home spa was so welcoming and relaxing. What a hidden gem!! Wow! I went for a hot stones fully body massage as a gift from my lovely partner, and it was amazing. Adele made the experience very calming and comfortable and it was exactly what I needed after a stressful few months at work. Can't recommend her enough, will definitely be going again!

Second visit to Adele . Very welcoming as always. Had the Thai foot treatment today . So relaxing . Was given mint tea, hot water bottle and blanket whilst bathing my feet in a beautiful scented warm soak . Then a relaxing but energising foot and calf massage. Adele is very good and highly recommend her . I’ve finally found my therapist . Go see her, Is all I can say

I came to Adele after having a major surgery and she did absolute wonders for my body and scar tissues. I don't think that I would have recovered as quickly and as well as I did if it wasn't for you. You helped everything loosen up to return to normal while going out of your way to give extra advice on treatment at home.You and your space are so welcoming and relaxing. Went for a pregnancy massage and it was bliss.. Adele was so friendly and welcoming and put me at ease straight away. My treatment was so relaxing and left my aches feeling great. Will be returning on a regular basis!
