Worst service ever. Took my watch to replace the battery, came back the following day, the watch was working but there was a big crack in the glass. after complaining to the shop owner (middle age white man) he started shouting and swearing asking to leave the shop. be very carful!

Lovely shop and staff. Resized a ring for me recently and then yesterday were very helpful with a watch strap and battery. 10/10!

Helpful and lovely friendly staff. Love their items. Have bought from their store many times and very pleased with their items I bought myself and family.

Excellent service. Went to replace watch battery and was told that the previous battery which was installed was too big. Hindering the movement of the timepiece. Gentleman kindly rectified the problem with no further ado. Lovely job and would highly recommend this business

We were interested in one of their items advertised online and decided to give the Ealing store a call to find out more about the business for whom we were buying from. The staff who answered was impatient, condescending, ready to argue and wasn’t able to understand the purpose of our call. The owner however was much more understanding. We ended up not purchasing our chosen item as we found the customer service unsatisfactory.

I've used this jewellers a few times for watch batteries, to replace a link on a chain and to lengthen a watch strap. Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My go-to for all jewellery related items. Unbeknownst to them, I recently found a receipt for a gold chain my late mum bought for me from them in 2010. They will always be my first choice.

I completely thrilled with my experience at Goldmine Ealing (Debbie)On Monday I called the jewellers to see if they had any silver MUM rings.The lovely lady said they had a couple, but I could pop in and if I found one, they could order it in for delivery the next day. I popped in the shop Tuesday and was given so much help and advice. Debbie called up to find what was in stock, she immediately ordered it. It was swiftly delivered by Wednesday.I received a call to let me know it had arrived.I will add that this was a last minute panic buy, I have been ill and left it too late.This is a ring from my miracle grandaughter to my daughter, her mummy.So it is very important. Goldmine went out of their way to help me, were completely lovely, and made me feel completely emotional. My daughter will love this when she gets it from her baby girl on her birthday.Goldmine, Thank you beyond words.Highly recommend,
