Care Quality Services - Oxfordshire

Allied Healthcare Carterton have been caring for my nan for 3 years now (November 2020), currently for approx 40 hours a week. Nan has some mental health issues and can present frequent challenges to Sally's team but they have been excellent, showing much patience,, great communication and very flexible on their approach, I'd recommend to anyone.

Allied Healthcare help look after an elderly family member who has dementia and significant mobility issues. All the Carers are professional, caring and respond quickly to any questions we may have. We are very impressed with the continuity of care they provide and their proactive response when changes are required. Allied have been a huge support to ****** and the family, helping her to remain happy and safe in her own home.

Allied care are professional ,kind caring , nothings a problem, the care team brighten up my Day ,The management are always there to help , they go above and beyond. Thanks you
