Great team and a great showroom.Everyone was very friendly, and my salesman was very patient with all my questions!

I bought a SEAT Ateca back in May 2023. Luke, the salesman, was very helpful and explained everything to me, he was very prompt with communication. He kindly picked us up at the bus station to collect our car.I had a slight problem with the lock on the passenger side door. I got onto Momentum, the company that gives you the guarantee who I might add were NOT very helpful ! They told me the car was not Taxed and did not have an up to date MOT so my car wouldn't be covered. I explained I was in the Republic of Ireland and that it was Taxed and a full NCT they did not want to know!I contacted the service manager in Desmond Motors his name Mark Carlin he was so helpful he went above and beyond. I told him what had happened with Momentum he said leave that to me I will get it sorted and so he did.He was excellent, his communication back and forth to me was top class he had to order the part for the door and he had it got in no time. We arranged a day for him to get it fitted. We drove up the Derry went shopping for a couple of hours he rang and said the car is ready to go. He also emailed the other day to ask how's the car going.Mark is top class I would highly recommend him I can't say enough about him.An excellent after sales service.Betty GrimesOFFALY
