Ordered carpet 5 weeks agoWaiting on phone call for fitting date ,didnt happenTried phoning at least 20 timesAlways engaged so called in to find phone was took off the hookWanted me to wait a further 3 weeks for fitting so cancelledVery poor serviceAvoid if you want a carpet fitted in the next 10 weeksOnly gave 1 star because no option for no stars

Just had Conrad & Jacob fit carpets in one bedroom, stairs & landing. Friendly polite lads, took their time and done a great job. Highly recommended.

Had three bedrooms done this week - price was great and the fitters were friendly and professional. Gary at the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cheap and cheerful carpet, but fitting is atrocious carpet coming off stairs within 12hrs tags sticking off where promotion sticker was and two broken floor boards. All trimmings and bits left for customer to dispose and get rid of. In the end gave up calling and visiting shop,as they book appointments for someone to come out and they just don’t show up.

Great shop loads of choices at reasonable prices couldn't make my mind up the staff was friendly and helpful and I decided on my new Alway and stairs carpet great value

Excellent selection of carpets, fitters were brilliant and did a very professional job. Whole flat recarpeted at great rates. Highly recommend.
