absolutely delicious, I particularly like the 'reserve' collections, but the light meads are very lovely too. This isn't like typical 'mead' that's more like a spirit and that I can't drink, but a drinkable 'wine'-esque mead which is very palletable

I liked the cherry and rhubarb light mead but the other two light meads I purchased I have my doubts. The cherry and rhubarb was not sparkling and what I expected, sweet and delicious but the other two were stale. I think something went wrong with the making/ bottling process of these as the two flavours tasted the same - stale. I e-mailed a week ago as I would rather them know if something was wrong with their product but no response. Which is why I’ve given it one star. I’d rather know if something was wrong with a product that I might have sold.

Received the box set of mead as a gift and every bottle so far is undrinkable. The mead is incredibly fizzy and tastes bitter. This is a sign that they have been made incorrectly, as someone who has seen the mead making process and has drunk an awful lot of different mead in this past I can only hope this was a bad batch.Reading another review I suspect it might not be the only batch. I hope they sort out their making process for any future making, mead is delicious and I'm very sad to have tasted this very bitter stale drink. Sadly a waste of money for the one who purchased it.
