Do not use this dealership!I bought a BMW from them 2 weeks ago and I’ve now been told by my local garage that the starter motor is pretty much dead. I was told at the point of sale that I would have a 3 month warranty, so I’ve called estuary up and spoke to John who sold me the car and he immediately passed me onto his boss. This is where the verbal abuse started! Between the constant swear words and shouting I could just about make out what he was trying to say. “Apparently” the Audi A3 that I had part exchanged for the bmw had been written off previously and “apparently” isn’t worth anything and that I had sold him a cat b car and that it’s scrap. I tried to explain to him that I had no idea about it and that the car to my knowledge was completely fine, which they confirmed In their test drive and inspection. Before I was “allowed” to say anything more he hung up on me......very professionalFirst of all, if it was registered as written off, why part ex it? You could of hpi checked it at any point.Second, why not contact me after finding any of this information out, to maybe find out more?????Thirdly, why is it currently taxed and why have you just put a brand new MOT on it if it’s scrap???Finally, what has any of this got to do with a warranty for the bmw???? Even if my Audi was “supposedly” a bad car. Why should this effect my warranty on the new car?? I’ll be looking into legal advice about this. So keep an eye out for a letter soon.Also an hour after driving away from the dealership, the car told me to top up the engine with oil immediately. I topped it up with 2 litres and it’s only just over the minimum mark. How can you sell something with basically no oil In it????Sounds to me that these conmen just want to come up with excuses to not honour their warranties. Also the boss seems like he has anger management problems so have fun, if you ever have to deal with him.

Repeat business, says it all, I have found them helpful and reliable, found exactly what i wanted and feel i have had a good deal again..

Great but parking is difficult

Never buy a car from this dealer. Really. I bought them a car and it had a cylinder head gasket and they knew it. And now they blocked me

As soon as you gave a problem with your car they are not interested in helping even if you bought the car only 2 months ago.! I called them and was given a significant amount of verbal abuse which included a colourful amount of swear words used the manager! Never EVER use this company!!

Friendly car salesmen, good range of vehicles and reasonable prices, great financial package

Would give no stars but have to give one! Bought a car that few months later the brakes failed and nearly died in a crash. Took to garage and mechanic said the under carriage was completely rusted and had no idea how it passed MOT. I could have been Killed! Ill say no more ill leave readers to make up their own minds what sort of people sell cars like this?

The cars were beautifull and the people were really friendly and helpfull.
