Sent email regarding purchasing a mountain dulcimer . Never got reply , bought elsewhere. . If they can’t get back to you to sell you something. I don’t fancy your chances if you have a problem .

I placed and paid for an order on 09/09/23. This item still hadn't arrived by 17/09/23. I contacted the seller. NO response. I telephoned the seller. NO answer. I lodged a dispute with PayPal on 19/09/23 and miraculously, the seller responded!The item is a present for my dad, if it hadn't have been, the order would be cancelled.The item has finally arrived today.Terrible service and terrible customer service.I have given a rating of 1 stars due to the fact, he did respond and the item has now arrived.

Store is most likely closed. I placed an order in the beginning of July in the online store, and not only has it not arrived, but I tried contacting them via their website a month ago and no one ever got back to me.They don't answer any emails, and neither of the phone numbers on their website are active. Do not buy from here
