Unfortunately having recently visited Portsmouth and having had real fish and chips, the food here was an utter disappointment. The chips were fine but the fish was lacking. The staff were friendly but I'd probably recommend going somewhere that just does fish and chips. Maybe try the Donair here instead?

Asked for just salt no vinegar because I’m allergic to it. Told him I was allergic to it. He put it on anyway and acted like I was being rude and had lied about asking for it. Employees need to start listening instead of being annoyed with those who asked for something that was safe for them to eat

Fabulous take away fish and chips - huge piece of fish and freshly cooked and the food coped well with the 15 minute walk home before I ate them - proper good treat! Thank you!
