First time I've had to use a solicitor for first time buyers. Dwayne McAvoy dealt with our house purchase and he was a lovely gentleman! Never failed to get back to me, he was on a weeks holiday during but had his colleagues get back to me promptly! Had no stress with this company, I felt safe, relaxed and nothing was too much!
