For sales Debby Blow is knowledgeable, pragmatic, and very considerate in her dealings with sellers. This was particularly evident during the volatility of late '22 early '23. Elliot, Kemal, Tarik, and Chloe maintained level heads and a professional manner throughout despite my own high levels of stress during this period. On the lettings side Stevie stayed fully on top of the status of the various tenancies, and Wayne was extremely diligent, effective, and friendly manager of our properties throughout their tenancies. I’ve been renting in London for 6 years and used multiple estate agents - I have never had an issue with full return of a deposit until I went through Keaton’s.For context, I was renting a flat with Keatons as letting agent for 12 months. When it came to check-out, they tried to charge us for fake damages in order to deduct as much as they could from our deposits. Every damage they accused us of was already present when we moved in and recorded in emails and documents they had written… but conveniently had forgotten to refer to when it came to charging us. The only thing which was justified was that we forgot to change a small light bulbs in the kitchen - for which they charged us £90!If you want a stress free letting experience - avoid these people if you can!

The agent assigned to help us find our flat (Samantha Barrett) of the Hackney branch was so extremely helpful! She took the time to speak to us at length about exactly what we were looking for in a property, and went above and beyond to get into contact with us as soon as any relevant properties came on the market. Sam kept us up to date during the whole process, and we managed to sign and get the keys to our new flat within a week!
