Staff are brilliant (none related) and take time to go through details.EE setup just not as good as Orange a few years back.

Called into the store yesterday as wanted to upgrade daughter’s phone. Cathal and Paul were excellent with all their advise. Not only did we get her new phone, an iPhone watch, improved sim for my son’s phone but they even advised on my BT bill and the savings I’ve made are phenomenal. Thanks again guys, I’ll spread the word.

THEYI ASK ABOUT NEW PHONE AND NEW CONTRACKT THEY TOLD ME FOR SAMSUNG 21 ULTRA FOR 3 YEARS IT'S GONE BE £83 PER MONTH ....I GOT FROM SAMSUNG SHOP FOR £32 WITH INSURANCE LOOK HOW DO THEY STILL YOUR MONEY CLOSED THAT SHOP NOW ! BIG JOKE EVER TIME I ASK THEM SOMETHIMG THEY DONT KNOW NOTHINGGGGGGG!

The guys in Newry are a fantastic team, with customer service and satisfaction very evident from the outset. My phone was stolen and a replacement sim card was needed urgently. We rang the store not long before closing time and Will (store manager) advised he would wait until we arrived to collect the sim. When we got to store he was nothing but courteous and under the circumstances and having a stolen brand new upgraded phone he made the process very easy. We live in Omagh and Newry wouldn’t be the closest store but on this day it was due to being away for the weekend. I would thoroughly recommend Will and his team, they really do go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Thank you very much guys. If there was an option for 10 stars I would give it.
