I want to commend James (salesman) and Rob ( delivery man) the staff at your company for their excellent customer service. Time and again, I've witnessed their warm, caring and attentive personalities as they work with clients. No request is too small, no question left unanswered. The employees take the time to carefully explain all the details, addressing any concerns fully with patience. They clearly want each customer to have the best experience possible in finding the right products. It's refreshing to see a team so dedicated to providing top-notch support and guidance. Their diligent and compassionate approach is admirable. I appreciate all their efforts in helping me with my bathroom renovations. Keep up the great job!

Would highly recommend Glenfield Bathroom have received great customer service from start to finish. Dan listened to my wish list and advised us. Des & Laura patiently helped us pick everything. Sam did a great job with the electrics. Couldn’t have been happier with Andy & Matt who did an amazing job fitting our bathroom, they ensured every evening everywhere was tidy, checking every step that I was happy. They gave me my dream bathroom absolutely love it thank you so much.

Superb customer service from showroom visit to fitting to finish. Dan is very knowledgeable and professional. He gives great advice and options for planning and designing. Michelle in the showroom is so lovely, patient and informative. She took time to discuss and show us all the options for fixtures and fittings. There is so much choice from a fantastic range. Electrician and floor fitters were professional and spot on. James regularly checks in to ensure the fitting process is going well and that you are happy with everything. As for Ben the fitter, he is second to none. He works to the highest standard ensuring that a quality job is done. He pays attention to detail and always ensures that you are happy at each step of the fitting process. He is friendly, professional, tidy and never turns down a brew and a biscuit. So pleased with the works Glenfield Bathrooms have completed on our en-suite and main bathroom. Highly recommend them.

The whole team have been brilliant..I went into the showroom a couple of times to get ideas and prices and nothing was too much trouble to show me, talk through with me and explain what could work for us. They supplied the toilet, cistern, sink and vanity unit and vinyl for us and they were brilliant. We placed the order so we could get what we wanted, they stored this for us until we needed it. They delivered within a few days always keeping us up to date with calls or emails. Fantastic service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Absolutely fantastic. Transformed a 1970’s throwback bathroom that I inherited to something modern and amazing. From start to finish, once I had accepted the quote , I was kept informed as to what was happening. Quality of products is amazing as is the quality of the fitting. Don’t mess around trying to get quotes elsewhere because it’s just not worth it if you want a professional and exceptional job. Customer service is second to none
