Tele Taxis Dundee

I booked a taxi via the app for my parents. Initial taxi was great however the return taxi went away after a few minutes even though my Mum had the drivers name and car colour and I was charged £3.24 on my account. So I had to book another one by phone to get my parents home. My dad has dementia and mum her mobility is poor. She is also deaf so communicating is key. So not the best experience as no option to book in another surname by phone or app.

Absolutely lovely driver, who wouldn’t even accept a tip! Was in a bit of a rush to get to the train station but got me there with ease and enough time to grab a coffee! Great chat to putting the world to rights!

Terrific service. On time, affordable, very clean, easy to track the progress of an incoming taxi. World's friendliest staff. Drivers are very knowledgeable. I wish taxis were like this everywhere!

Good app process. Prompt arrival of taxis on both rides today. Helpful polite drivers. Decent prices and transactions to me straight away via email. App location needs fine tuning with my location perhaps a couple of hundred feet in error. Try whatthreewords for exact locations.

I was phoning on behalf of someone, Automated did not get correct address then didn't log call when I corrected it, I had to phone back and speak to operator, I had pressed 0 when prompted and on both times it continued to automated.Once I spoke with a person taxi arrived quickly. If it hadn't been for the person contacting me to say it hadn't arrived I would not have known. I sometimes phone for taxis for vulnerable people, I have to go to my normal taxi number as I can't trust it to work.

Driver very friendly and helpful but for same. Journey often taken I hadn't realized how much an impact the cost of living has had on fare price £8-9 up to 11 but is what it is. Arrived as quick as before cab pickup was fast Journey equally. Quick made hospital appointment. In plenty time to spare

I really love their app and service. 1 criticism is that the price in my fare varies a lot depending on the driver.I spoke to a lovely helpful woman on the phone to query about the price differences. She explained that all the drivers are self-employed and choose their own price for the journey. She advised phoning and getting the best quote.I will still use their service. It's just not the app

Turned up very quickly. Also sent a text confirming things! Also the driver told us about the app and the benefits that come along with it!

Ordered a taxi to train station after getting off the train. An elderly couple were also standing waiting for a taxi in the hope one would arrive. Ours arrived and we asked the driver if she could take the elderly couple, who were clearly frozen, instead of us. She was annoyed and said If they are elderly they won't managed into this vehicle (Mercedes van) I said they are elderly not infirm. She said she HAD to take whoever ordered the taxi. I argued that this couple needed the taxi more than myself and my daughter. Her parting words were.... I'm too busy and she drove off with no one in her taxi. Absolutely disgusting. Phoned the office and complained and was assured "Jackie" would call me back. That was three days ago...... NOTHING. What a way to treat people."
