Ultimate -Kingston Car Spa Car Glasgow

This is my usual car wash, been bringing the car here over the last 8 months or so as it’s handy on my route home from work. Have never had a problem until today - felt a bit rushed and not up to usual standard whilst I was there, for example I wasn’t asked to pull forward to ensure my wheels were entirely cleaned. Unfortunately when I got home I noticed that a scuff mark on the rear of my car hadn’t been cleaned off and there was new black speckles all over the drivers’ side door and wheel arch which were stuck on and seem to be some sort of rubber like material which won’t easily rub off. These weren’t there before I got my car “cleaned”. Will have to take this to be ready-cleaned elsewhere to remove these marks. Shame because it’s the first time I’ve been disappointed by the wash here, will think twice about dropping in again on the route home.

Mohammed was kind enough to perform a full vallet without any notice. I had just bought the car that day from a private seller who had left it a complete mess. After him and Ali were finished with it the whole car was spotless. High quality professional service - would definitely recommend.

Great service and well worth the cost. I was able to drive up at short notice. Really friendly and helpful & my car is all shiny again, ready for my bride and groom for this weekends wedding.

Ruined my front bumper, unfortunately I only noticed it on a gas station over a hundred miles away on my way to Europe and didn’t have time to go back.UPDATE: Went to a paint shop, they immediately assumed this was a result of high pressure manual washing, that can easily shear varnish like that when done improperly.

Would highly recommend this place, was in today for the first time and the place was really busy but it was really well organised, really clean and tidy place and all the guys seemed to know they’re roles. Most car washes you go into now a days are just completely run down, absolute carnage, loads of guys climbing all over the top of your car with fags hanging out there mouth, just getting you in and out as quick as possible and when you come out your cars still manky. This car wash is maybe a wee bit more expensive but definitely worth it, added bonus for me was after the guy dried my car somebody had recently ran along the side of it with something and marked all my paintwork and the guy asked if I wanted it polished out which was brilliant and well over and above so cheers for that!
