I would give Mason Moves 10 stars but Google only allows for 5. I made an initial enquiry and Wayne promptly came to our home for a pre-assessment. Wayne gave us so much information and guidance to help with packing (for when the time comes). He answered every question and concern with confidence and was so reassuring we felt instantly at ease and knew we could trust Wayne implicitly. Within a few days I received a quote which was more than reasonable and didn't hesitate to book Mason Moves. From Quote until moving day communication was second to none. Our belongings were handled with care and the whole team were really diligent and considerate to our needs. They took time to ask questions and stayed in close conversation with us throughout the day to make sure we were happy everything had been packed as agreed and placed in the right rooms at the new home. I cannot recommend this company enough. My biggest thank you to Wayne, Nicky and the whole team for making a stressful time a whole lot less stressful. You were great, a real pleasure to deal with and we cannot fault any aspect of the service we received.

Mason Moves Bristol, we’re absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Nicky, listened to my Q’s and concerns right from the start. This was followed up by a visit from Wayne, who logged and recorded everything that was to be moved. They worked around our schedule and we’re extremely competitive, totally professional and a great bunch. I cannot recommend them enough. A great experience from start to finish. Very helpful and friendly and went beyond what was expected. It was wonderful dealing with a company where client service was a priority. The nicest people I have dealt with in a very long time.

Wayne and the team are fantastic from beginning to end. One week prior to needing to move out of my rented property, Wayne came to do an initial inspection of furniture and items and sent a quote later that same day. The price is very reasonable and they also accommodated my request for 2x drop off locations. They kept me well informed leading up to the moving day and worked very hard on one of the hottest days of the year (lifting a sofa up and over the fence!) I highly recommend Mason Moves Bristol to anyone out there needing to move and will soon be using them again as soon as I find a more permanent place to live.

MasonMovesBristol worked on behalf of the BHF to clear my Mum's house in Bath and we also engaged them to pack up the house and move some items to our own home in the Stockport region. They were outstanding throughout, with an extremely friendly and professional team. Communications were great and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I would recommend them very highly to anyone who is moving house in the Bath/Bristol area.

I would definitely recommend Mason Moves. They were professional, provided a great value removal. On the day of move they worked quickly and efficiently- managing to get some large items up very narrow staircase.
