I have had surgery her with dr Ricardo Frati whilst the hospital staff was friendly and caring the surgeon however has left me with botched surgery and now blocked all contact with me, I’m left with uneven scaring and extremely think long scaring and lost some of my nipple die to necrosis I would avoid this surgeon for any cosmetic procedure at all costs as when you have an issue he blocks u and threatens you with the police

Transform medical group - Why is the company still active? The whole company is in administration and holding customers funds hostage, £100ks of thousands, and not performing surgeries. They have multiple open court cases. This is why their comments are blocked on instagram - make sure you google this company before giving them a penny..! Utter scam artists and every director, senior manager, and member of senior management should be struck off.More than that, you should all be deeply ashamed of yourselves. Theft. Pure and simple.Proceed at your own caution! Administration since autumn 2022!!!

I'm extremely happy with the surgical work Dr. Khalil has done -explant with mastopexy & partial capsualectomy. After 4 weeks I can see scarring isn't going to be bad at all. Everything is so neat and I couldn't be happier. I really wasn't expecting such good results. I'd give my surgery and result 5 stars.I was nervous about how I'd feel about the scarring but they don't bother me at all because Dr. Khalil has done such a good job. I feel 10x more confident having had it done!Reception Paul - warm and welcoming really helped to calm nerves. A go the extra mile type. The anesthetist was a lovely man. Came across as very caring and also calming. A good person to see just before walking into the operating theatre. The private room was decent and comfortable.I had no pain after my surgery and have recovered very well.I was sent home with massive drain bottles which were not practical. Not sure why as when searching online can see there are smaller ones that attach to a waist band you can get instead of walking them around like 2 gory dogs on a lead. My child wouldn't come near me with those. He was quite upset by them. I was actually given a plastic bag to carry them out of the hospital with which felt a bit low budget. Not happy with the lady who booked my surgery. She took my money and she fell of the face of the earth so lost point of contact for Qs. Didn't give me all info & missed a med form. This meant that she missed a test I needed which fortunately the nurse picked up. She also didn't inform me of self isolation required which meant I was telling work last minute. This wasn't a good way to lead up to an invasive surgery. I'd lost some confidence in the week before going in and my mum wanted me to cancel and rethink.Tried to get after care at the weekend and have been told clinic isn't available. Initially said to call back on Monday - don't think you should have to wait over the weekend for medical advice. Not when paying significant amounts of money.Having my drains out didn't seem to be arranged well. Seemed the nurses weren't expecting me. Was taken to a pharmaceutical room that they keep chilled. So having my top off to remove them was a horrible experience. You don't want to be tensed up from being cold in a random room to have those pulled out. Someone also tried to walk in as the door wasn't locked. The nurses that did it were very nice though. It did feel like I was plonked in a back room which added to the unpleasantness of it all.No one told me I had to book my post op appointment with the surgeon. Found out 3 weeks later when I called them. Now have to wait until late July. Fortunately I don't think I have any issues and everything is looking good.Overall I'm happy as the most important factor was coming out with a good surgical result. Which I more than did. The people were all lovely. The extra care bits could use some improvement as it all adds to the experience and you feel you have paid for that - that let it down a bit.

Avoid at all costs!!! I had breast augmentation in 2021 due to a lack of confidence. I then had to undergo correction in 2022 to resolve issues arising from the first surgery. After the second surgery, the results were much WORSE. The surgeon suggested a 3rd surgery to attempt to correct the work but then my revision was refused and I was told that the company had changed hands and they were under no obligation to care for me any more as my contract wasn’t novated. After contacting my finance company, transfer agreed to see me and referred me to another surgeon. After seeing Dr Cheema, I left the hospital in tears. The consultation as AWFUL with zero compassion!! Infact, I was told that the previous surgeon had done an ‘alright job’ and that he wouldn’t touch the correction. I was told that ‘no one’s breasts are even so it’s ok’ and that ‘your bra will cover the unsightly scars so it’s fine’. I was mortified, upset and I am now left with dis-formed breasts that have sent my confidence even lower than before any surgery, not to mention being stuck with finance for £7,000. Ladies, if you are looking for surgery because you are unhappy and have low self confidence, DO NOT go here as you will be left shattered, broken alongside being in debt. Transform do not care for their customers and will fob you off.

I had surgery at the pines on 01/08/23 with Dr. Ntanos. From the minute of arriving to the minute I left, I received the best care. My surgeon and the nurses regularly checked up on me and were very attentive. Staff were all very caring and knowledgeable. The food was also exceptional, and was restaurant quality. The chef did an excellent job. I had a tuna and spring onion sandwich for lunch and pan fried chicken, green beans, potatoes and gravy for my main and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. I would defiantly have surgery again here at the Pines in the future if needed.

Looks like I'm not the only complaint about cancelled operations.I was scheduled for a hernia surgery as well ( through the NHS). Their excuse was my BMI is too high......Not only did I come in for an initial assessment (they know my BMI previously) THEY HAVE LIPOSUCTION and WEIGHT MANAGEMENT as their specialty FFS!! I know for a fact the surgeon who will perform my operation at an NHS will be furious, this is a total con job they probably have been paid the money from the NHS , like they gentleman below. AVOID AVOID AVOID...the floors dirty as well just sayin
