good quality of service but company refuses to offer a refund for my friend as they managed to get multiple blue stains on a white t shirt. I think that if a company makes a mistake like this then it is only fair that a refund be given as the item of clothing is essentially ruined.

I took here 4 blazers to dry clean. 3 out of 4 came out decently, but one, a pretty expensive garment, was completely ruined. The blazer's soft wool/cotton fabric completely lost softness and became hard and stiff. The blazer itself shrunk of a couple centimetres. I went there personally to check what happened and they took my details. Now it has been 2 weeks and noone ever called to provide an explanation, offer a refund, or say sorry. Careless, unprofessional. So here's your 1 star, you deserve it all.

I think that ccc is great place to take your washing and bits they are very polite and professional welcome me every time prices are affordable and always know what needs doing with stains and bits I don't even know about washing I highly recommend them to get the hard jobs we hate

I have used this service multiple times. While the service itself is quite good, for some reason when it comes to delivery and pickup, it is appalling. The lack of professionalism from the delivery staff is astounding. Not only they refused to pick-up/deliver the bags from/to my doorstep - as described in their service agreement - but they were very rude about it as well.

We have had our washing back twice both times it has come back absolutely reeking of musty smells and stains on everything. They re collected our items and they have come back in the same awful condition. We paid £94

Avoid! They ruined my cashmere cardigan. Was a nice cream colour, came back back a weird greyish colour and covered in stains. No explanation. They ignored my complaint. I have advanced cancer & used their dry clean delivery service because I thought it would save me hassle!!! Never again.

I used Click Dry Clean to dry-wash some winter coats last week and absolutely loved their service. Free collection and delivery and it only took one day to get my clothes cleaned and sent back. Staff are also very friendly. Definitely recommend this store.
