Whilst some members of staff were very supportive, after experiencing a very protracted sales process we were left feeling that Robinson Jackson were really supporting our buyer, and not us as the seller, in order to achieve a sale at any cost. The referral they made to their recommended solicitors of choice (for which they receive a payment) resulted in receipt of poor service and ultimately a substantial drop in sale price (due to time elapsed) for which they took no responsibility or interest. Customer service was proactive, but only to chase their commission, would suggest you consider another agent or at least select your own solicitors!
