Average Weatherspoons in a convenient location. Very close to Elephant and castle station. On my visit the pub was quite grubby but the staff were friendly enough and a reasonable selection of real ale.

A really busy Saturday, 16th December, pub just been refurbished, everyone checking it out. I'm sitting in the corner, nursing my glass of wine looking sad and bewildered, despite the chaos one of the staff noticed me. My mum just died, he was so lovely. I hope you all know who he is

To whom it concernsI regularly visit both 'The Kentish Rovers' Peckham and 'The Rockington Arms' Elephant and Castle.I can just say the gentleman's toilets in both of your pubs (downright vomit inducing in the TRA!) need a complete overhaul and/Or redecorating. Absolutely disgraceful lately. Disgusting smell of body waste and stall urine, constant wet floors (slip hazard), broken locks on cubicle doors, broken or no toilet seats, graffiti everywhere, never any hand soap, broken hand dryers, broken taps, leaking urinals.Just horrendous.'The Fox On The Hill' Denmark Hill isn't any better to be honest with you.Your pubs are not getting any cheaper to eat and drink in, so there is no excuse for such poor and shocking facilities.Look forward to hearing what you intend to do about it.Many thanksRob

Very friendly bar, nice staff and cleanest Wetherspoons toilets in Central London. Nice outdoor space in a concrete jungle otherwise knowm as Elephant & Castle. Same Wetherspoons fare as usual which is value without a fuss.

It’s a spoons. You know what you’re getting food and drink wise. The atmosphere isn’t great, it isn’t a huge spoons and right by the road it’s hard to feel settled. The hallway to the toilets is dingy and uncomfortable

Had a dreadful experience here this evening. My companion and I ordered food which, when it arrived was very disappointing. I had ordered the beef madras which came with an additional ingredient namely a long hair. I returned this to the staff and they eventually provided a replacement meal. Unfortunately this was rather cold. Good job there's a Nando's nearby.

A small wetherspoons on the side! The food portions was poor and the amount of cheese on the chips were terrible. They look like they lack in staff but service was ok. The atmosphere was not the best

It's a wetherspoons so get what u pay for its okay pricing cocktails pitchers are around 10 to 15 but usually a deal like 2 for 13 poundsFoods okay again you get what you pay for I loved their prawns that they used to serve however been taken off the menu
