Have used SkyParkSecure for years but this time they have been terrible. Meet & Greet car parking booked 9 months early to secure a good deal (£43). Due to a security breach they cancelled my parking 8 days before I’m due to travel. Completely understand why they did it. However all they have done is refunded my original booking, rather than book me an alternative. The cheapest I can now get is £109. When I complained & asked to see if I could get some form of compensation, this was their response ‘Unfortunately we were uanble to secure alternative parking for you on this occasion’….that was it!! I found one no problem! No apology & no offer of any form of compensation! Dreadful customer service!!

Used this car park and service....earlier this month.Easy to use, easy to find.....excellent customer service.Transfer to airport was fast and pick up from airport was quick too.Friendly approachable staff, happy to chat.All round excellent...no problems.Will be using againThanks

Have used SkyPark on several occasions now. Always great prices and no issues at any airport. Most recent trips have had to contact customer services due to the various travel changes. All dealt with quickly and efficiently.No hesitation in recommending these guys.

Was straight forward, directions to site ok. Staff nice friendly and helpful.Car on return totally fine. Only negative there was just one mini van running from terminal to parking.

Upon collection of the car, the car was very dirty with mud around the drivers seat and tyres. Even more cause of concern was that my dash cams were all unplugged both from the power source and camera itself.When I called them to ask why, they said we just do it and don't know why". No further explanations.SEE IMAGES.Avoid them if you can. I don't know what they do with the car that they need to unplug the cameras! (Which I noticed when I just pulled into my drive)"

Terrible company.Our car broke down on the way to the airport and so we had to quickly source a taxi. We rang SkyPark Secure straight away to advise them but they point blank refused to issue a full or partial refund or even a credit note.Their customer services are clearly not remotely interested in retaining current clients or attracting potential future clients and it is a wonder they are even in business.

Very quick service from start to finish. Car park is 5mins from airport and was picked up within 10mins of contacting operator on my return. Very good value for money. Car park staff were very pleasant and helpful. Will definately use them again

At first it looked like a rip off. I booked the Stansted Airport Long Term car park through them. Then Ryanair changed my time of travel, so I had to add a few hours more to the parking. However, the first employee at SkyParkSecure, who answered my email did not let me do that, telling me it's a non-flex booking. I knew I could not cancel that, but it came as a major surprise that I could not even add a few hours to that booking. In short, all my money seemed lost.However, I then sent another email and another employee amended the few hours I needed. Overall, that makes it at the end of the day a very good experience, but it seems to depend on the employee you get. Also, had I booked with Stansted Airport car park directly, I could have amended and cancelled everything without any problem, and the car parking would have costed me £9 more, so I am not sure if it was worth the risk.My best shot at ways forward IF you want to save some money with the SkyParkSecure Non-flex, do yourself a favour and be extremely generous with the time frame for your booking, to include potential airline rescheduling and delays. The good news: Stansted airport parking has still a window of 6 hours late, so for Stansted you currently only have to add 6 hours in front to be relatively on the safe side. However, for all other airport parking and for Stansted in the future, you want to check that before booking.
