***I WAS a regular customer and live locally. The owner's sarcastic response supports my one star review***Two staff, no customers but had to ask to be served. The man carried on gossiping with his mates. The woman told me to wait while she filled a shelf. I should have walked out then but didn't anticipate I'd be waiting a further 10 mins for two drinks! It was like watching a slow motion picture in slow motion.They even tried charging me an extra £2 to add insult to injury.I won't be going back even for entertainment purposes.Owner take note, your staff are lackluster, impolite, and can't add up.

I’d give 100 stars if I could! I’m based in Australia and made a last minute order for my dad for his birthday through Uber Eats. I scheduled it to arrive around 8pm UK time so he’d have a nice dessert after-dinner despite lockdown! I asked them to call him on arrival since I’d be asleep when the delivery was made. The delivery arrived bang on time, they sang him happy birthday AND wrote him a birthday card – they went completely above and beyond. While I can’t attest to the taste myself, my parents assure me the cakes are absolutely delicious! My dad also has a new found love for watermelon slices, having never tried them before. Thank you, team <3

Tried yesterday for first time and wasn’t disappointed! Lovely ice cream and milkshake and really friendly service. Reasonably priced too unlike some other sweet shops! Will definitely be back again!

Went to try this out last week and I was not disappointed. I couldn’t choose what to have as the menu was packed with so much delicious choice haha! Great service, but the cakes and crepes were gorgeous. Will defo be back

Not very good tbh. They are always closing before closing time even though they say there still available for delivery. Every time I ordered something for delivery they would ring me saying they aren’t doing it e.g I ordered a crepe they rang me saying that they weren’t doing them this has happened on a number of accusations, if they aren’t doing crepes they shouldn’t be on the menu for delivery!

Only ever tried to order as due to certain issues could never actually go into the shop however three times I have tried to order from them through just eat not even near closing time yet they reject the order and then it proceeds to say it is closed which doesn't make any sense. Whilst it may be local I will not be trying again to actually order from here it seems like a complete waste of time in all honesty.My suggestion is for it to be removed from JustEat if they aren't going to do any real business or step up to the mark and work .

This is an amazing sweet and desert shop! Lovely addition to Redcar. All products are of a very high quality, well priced and delicious. All of the staff are so friendly and they really take care of their customers.
