Dr Wu's Acupuncture

I have used Dr Wu on a number of occasions for a number of health issues. She is professional and after each session I felt relaxed and could see the positive impact upon my health conditions.

Dr Wu has incredibly helped with my health issues. Before trying acupuncture, which I was skeptical of at first, I was suffering from a chest infection that wouldn’t go away but with consultations and intermittent sessions with Dr Wu she was able to help stop the coughing. Since then I still visit to ensure this stays at bay and she now primarily helps with my issues with period pain. Would highly recommend her practice and even if you’re skeptical it is worth a try to see how you like it.

I first went to see Dr Wu in early April for a variety of symptoms i was dealing with such as severe fatigue, body aches, low back pain and anxiety. Dr Wu took her time to listen to my concerns and her genuine want to help shines through in her attitude. She really cares for her patients. Dr has good knowledge and is super friendly. My symptoms have hugely improved since i have been getting acupuncture and I would recommend it to all. For anyone considering trying acupuncture from Dr Wu i would say go for it but be patient! Results may not be immediate as they weren't for me but with continous treatment i now feel so much better. Thank you Dr!

I have restricted motion in my left shoulder caused by an accident, I went to Dr Wu on spec and am very pleased I did.She went through my symptoms and decided on a course of cupping and acupuncture.She described what was happening throughout the treatments.Over the past 5 weeks I have regained a lot of movement that was lost, my treatment is ongoing but I would recommend her to any one

Dr Wu is treating me for my jaw, neck, back, ear and elbow pains. I have always had problems with tension in these areas. My arms stuffer from a lot of stress, due to my fine motor skill problems. My dentist recommended me to do some regular treatment for my jaw tension.Dr Wu‘s treatment is very helpful. She helps relax the tense spots on my body. She really takes the time to address all the affected parts on my body. Rather than just treating the symptoms, she looks at the body as a whole and the circulation within the body and helps improve my energy too. She also takes the time to discuss everything before the treatment and carefully monitors the symptoms. I highly recommend her treatment.

I have been having treatment from Dr Wu for several months and it has been the very beneficial. I suffered with quite a few issues including; acid reflux, heart palpitations, stomach pain. Thankfully the treatment I have received has taken the majority of my symptoms away and I feel much healthier and happier. Dr Wu is very friendly and explains the treatment very well. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to consult with Dr Wu. She is a very kind, considerate individual with a huge knowledge of both western and Chinese medicine. The initial consultation is thorough and detailed and time is always spent at the beginning of each visit discussing symptoms, improvements and changes, you never feel rushed when you attend a session. Dr Wu listens to your concerns and genuinely wants to help you to feel betterDr Wu clearly explains the treatment she will carry out, this often includes cupping followed by acupuncture with the use of heat lamps, a very relaxing experience.You must be aware that the results do take time especially for long standing issues but I have found them to be remarkable with improvements in mental health, sleep, circulation and digestion.

Dr Wu has helped me massively over the last 6 weeks. I had been struggling with panic attacks and anxiety after leaving a stressful job. My body was so tired from the panic attacks; my digestion was badly affected, I was constantly nauseous and struggling to eat, my hands were trembling, my energy levels were worryingly low, and I had lost my confidence in doing the most basic things. All very frustrating!Dr Wu took the time in my first consultation to ask me about all of these symptoms. It felt judgement-free, and I felt like I was in safe hands. Her manner is professional and friendly, and the treatment room is always very clean. She takes the time to explain the treatment plan in sufficient detail and is clearlyvery passionate and knowledgeable about her profession.After my first session, I felt a huge improvement almost straight away. I felt instantly calmer and was able to eat small meals with much more ease. My sleep was noticeably better that night.I have now had 5 sessions of cupping and acupuncture and am feeling much stronger and more confident, and haven't had a panic attack for over a month. The trembling has stopped all together and my energy levels are almost back to normal.
