Sham was really helpful in sorting everything out for me. Nothing was too much trouble. He stayed late for me when I made the trip to collect my car which he didn’t have to do. Would highly recommend sham and the team to anyone.

Ike was brilliant provided me the best customer service ever, He even called me the next day after I've purchased the car just to see how I got on with my journey back and asked if i was happy with the car as I made the journey from London to Birmingham to collect the car.

The general stereotype of shoddy car salesmen. I purchased a car here Bonnet sensor , and air conditioning were not working properly.The floor mats, the booklet for the car were missing, and the fuel cap holder was broken.The dealership asks for a 200 pound plus deposit for a 4 point check ". You'd expect this to be fixed or highlighted prior to purchase.It's less likely to be an issue if an honest admission is stated. Rather than lying.I spent 3 weeks expecting a "Parcel in the post"from the dealership with the mats and booklet.The garage attached to the dealership fixed the bonnet but I have to slam it shut for it to work.Supposedly there was dirt stuck in it.Air conditioning luckily started working by itself. They couldn't fix it at their garage.The mats I only received because I confronted him (Mark) in person.All these issues were not highlighted by the car salesman at Birmingham (Mark). Prior to selling the car. Very accessible when the sale was going through but couldn't be contacted once the sale was completed.I wouldn't recommend buying a car from them"

Wonderful and very smooth experience. Zamir was very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions. Got all the information and excellent advice during the whole process. Picked up the car when he was away and received excellent care from Omar. As soon as Zamir was back he made a follow up call to make sure everything was in order. All in all a really good experience. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t thank Ryan enough.. as a first time buyer and bad experiences from other garages i was so nervous. Ryan didn’t hesitate to make me feel comfortable and reassured. Not only did he give amazing service but the vehicle was perfect upon handover. Good communication and overall just so easy to speak to, understanding, comforting and so genuine. So once again, thank you Ryan. I don’t think I’ll buy a car from anyone else!
