A few months ago took my dog to a emergency appointment, they pressure us to pay a lot of money for a surgery in case he had an obstruction in his belly it would be very dangerous for him, they opened him in the surgery said he didn't have any obstruction, after the surgery my dog was still feeling very bad, few days after the surgery he pooed out the big piece of clothing he ate and that they didn't find when he was opened in the surgery. Will never take any of my pets there and don't recommend anyone to do it.

Brian was taken to Voo vets with suspected pancreatitis. I was extremely happy with the treatment he received and felt that all my concerns regarding his condition were explained clearly. All the staff I met at the practice were friendly and welcoming and I would like to thank the whole team for making, what was a distressing experience, a lot easier.

Voo vets have the loveliest staff, patient and understanding especially for new pet owners. Their plan prices are quite reasonable, and their 24/7 emergency line is helpful and reliable. The app used for those on the plan is great and reminds you when you have things due like pet worm/flea treatment. The only thing is they are very popular so do get quite busy, so you need to make sure you’re booking any important appointments (eg neutering) with good time.

Lovely staff, great vets and really reasonable on prices for treatments. Their packages are really good value and very helpful. Reception staff are also really helpful and very friendly. There is always a warm welcome when we enter Voo Vets!

I had to bring my dog here , she was very poorly. The care she received was great, the staff were all amazing!!! Communication was brilliant and I could call when ever I wished and got updates on how she was doing .

Very good service - but don’t visit at nite hand over time - waited 20 mins and had to leave even though I turned up at agreed time.However surgery very good and a very healthy cat thanks to their skills !!!

Very friendly staff, very easy to get appointments and they take really good care of the animals. They also are very quick with the paperwork for insurance companies. Which makes it so much easier to claim back. I would highly recommend.
