Honestly I had the single best experience of customer service in my life coming here, so much so I made an account to write this review. As someone who knew nothing about plumbing and had to add a dishwasher to a sink trap system, Callum gave me no end of advice and knowledge. Hats off to you Callum, I'll never look else where.
