After years of paying for this service when my mother finally needed help she never received it. After one fall she spent 3 hours on the floor with the operator just asking every hour are you ok"? A neighbor finally came around to help."

Over the years I find On Call a lifeline and gives the elderly comfort knowing they are there at the push of a buzzer. Wouldn't be without it family know I can get immediate help. Thankyou to On Call. 2011 my husband passed away and the comfort I've had knowing I can get help whenever I want it around my home . ....

Great service at a very reasonable price. Definitely put our families mind at ease a little. Obviously they have no control on how long an ambulance will take to arrive as we all know the NHS, Fire & Police services are all underpaid and over worked.

Nottingham On Call has been an amazing service for my Grandmother. She lives on her own and can often have falls in the house where she can't get up. She wears her call alarm around her neck and just presses it and someone instantly talks to her and helps get her help. They have been so so good and it has given us all peace of mind knowing she is safe at home when we are out at work etc.

My Nana had the Nottingham on Call service for many years, before passing.It was real peace of mind for my parents, particularly as her health deteriorated and she had a number of falls.The fantastic team would contact my parents straight away, so they could go round and help her. We also had the key safe outside her front door, which was really helpful for letting ourselves in as she got older and less mobile.Thank you to the whole team for helping us and our Nana in her final years.Without the service, I have no doubt that my Nana would have needed to spend her final years in some type of care, when all she wanted was to spend her final days in the home she had lived in all her life.
