Mobile Master

We went to a mobile phone shop in Stamford on Sunday, March 19, 2023 looking for a phone for my daughter. The man behind the counter was unfriendly and not very helpful, so we soon left and made our way to Mobile Master. What a difference! We were greeted in a friendly manner, had all our questions answered and were helped in an efficient manner. Thank you for the great service.

The charging port on my Google Pixel 4a 5G had been playing up for some time; it only worked with the cable in one particular orientation and it would no longer latch in place, meaning the cable would fall out when trying to use the phone in a cradle for navigation.I tried to book a repair through the official Google-approved repairers, but none of them had spare charging ports available, and it would have meant sending the phone away. However, I found the genuine part online so I bought one. This morning I presented myself, my phone and the new charging port to a very helpful young man at Mobile Master, who agreed to fit it for me. Unbelievably, it was all done within half an hour and at an extremely keen price.I have no hesitation in recommending this company for your mobile phone repairs. it is certainly my company of choice from now on.

Abdul was fantastic, I thought my phone was going to be a write off but he came to the rescue and replaced my iPhone screen super quickly and efficiently, and he even very kindly gave me a screen protector. Highly recommend.

Mobile Masters is the only phone shop I will go to for everything from advice, to chargers, cases and screen protectors. The staff are incredibly knowledgable and approachable and never make me feel stupid despite my lack of phone knowledge.Abdul always greets customers with a smile and when buying multiple products, a discount or free item has been thrown in without request.Great customer service and overall experience. Can’t recommend enough!
