Arrived just to be told our company representative ,Bev who we booked to see was leaving for the day. Liz the other person there *who is part time* was thrown under the bus litterily as didn't know about us arriving or anything. Liz did a wonderful job to rescue what was looking like a poor appointment. Let's hope our experience does not get any worse.Commend to Liz a true saviour.
