I have been visiting this salon for quite a few years now.My stylist, Lauren is highly experienced. She listens to your needs and also shares her ideas and advice. Nothing is too much trouble for her. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and polite.

Amazing service. 5 stars all the way!My boyfriend recommended HQ to me.This was my first time and the Bethan was brilliant.She made me feel so welcome as this was my first time in the salon. Great hairdresser been coming here for years and is the only place i will get a haircut, the staff are welcoming friendly and of high standards. Prices are good and not stupidity high like others around. Who ever is seeing me are worthy of a tip on top

Really love this salon. Completely trust Julie with my hair, always does an amazing job. All the staff go out of their way and and are friendly and helpful. Value for money too. I’ve taken my 6 year old and the girls have always gone the extra mile to make her happy by plaiting it afterwards which has made her feel special. Would recommend

Waited fo 15 mins which was fine with my 2?children, while my one son was having his hair cut my other lad waited patiently as he was next, the other lady stylist finished with her client and totally ignored myself and my son even though she knew he was next, but because she knew the next man she called his name and asked if he was having a shampoo and took him to wash his hair then proceeded to cut it leaving us waiting again. I know he didn’t have a appointment but she couldn’t be bothered to cut my boys hair. Unprofessional attitude, poor service won’t go back.

The staff are really friendly, very experienced. The salon looks lovely and the fact that it's a hairdressers and barbers makes it easy for the whole family to be done at the same time. The one barber Samantha was incredibly good
