My car was rejected by another 'reputable' garage in Maidstone because the issue was too complicated. Mark was really clear that he couldn't guarantee resolution of my problem, but he came back for 2 diagnostics sessions, was really thorough, narrowed it down each time. On 3rd visit he came with a part to fix the problem with my fans, at a cut price of £99 compared to Ford garage's £850 for the same part. Problem solved, very happy customer and saved me some money in the process. Very highly recommended.

Mark is brilliant! We called him at 4.30pm and he was with us by 5pm - he is so knowledgeable and helped us massively. We quickly had our key free from our car. He made sure he checked back in with us after a few days to make sure everything was still in order. I would highly recommend him and his services.

We called Mark out to investigate an elusive battery drain on a Land Rover Defender. Two other garages had previously failed to resolve the issue.Mark arrived at the arranged time and soon had the problem identified.He rewired an accessory that someone had previously incorrectly fitted and hey presto no more drain.Mark also showed me that we had a severely corroded fusebox, and I'll be getting him to change that out for me.Great service from Mark so I'd have no hesitation using him again, or recommending him to others.
