Kirstal Dry Cleaners laundry pick up and delivery

We have been using Kirstal for about nine months now. We are able to easily schedule pick up and drop off. We use them for a combination of laundry (by weight) and shirts, trousers etc. They always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy!

Brought there some shirts to clean.They came out with brown stains in multiple areas. Do not go there unless you want your clothes to come out dirtier than you left them.

Kristals is my go to dry cleaners as it is convenient for me to get to and Ali is always accommodating at short notice…I recent asked a lot of him to alter 2 suits which was a complex job because of the stitching. The suit was annoyingly too lengthy in certain places..Ali, had the suits ready in just about 1 week and it feels like I have gained 2 brand new suits - making me a very happy customer!! Thank you Ali - much appreciated and highly recommended!!

Fast. sufficient. reasonable prices £45 for three jackets

Kirstal are fantastic! We use them multiple times a week at work for a high-volume laundry service. Customer service has always been 5 star: professional, friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating. Laundry comes back fresher than others we have used and quickly turned around. Collection and delivery service is great. I highly recommend!

The team is very friendly and helpful. They pickep up curtains at home and put them back the same day. They are quick and take good care of garments. We’ve been using their services for 4 years and it has always been good quality. I highly recommend it!

It was my first time in there and I collected my coat earlier but I did not checked it until I arrived home (my mistake assuming it was clean ). Please check my coat after they cleaned. They charged me £30.

I used these guys for dry cleaning, it was put in on the 17th Aug and I was told it would be ready on Saturday 20th in the afternoon. I could not pick it up then or over the weekend so I went in Monday morning and they had lost the shirt and my dress had not been steamed.The son that worked there got aggressive refusing to take responsibility for the mistake they made. It was a scary experience and I would advise no one to use them for any services as they are con artists!

Every single pocket came back gaping more than 1cm. Buttons were loose and nothing was pressed correctly. And this was only for dry cleaning. Don't even want to imagine what they do with tailoring and alterations.When I walked in, the guy was half asleep with blood shot red eyes. They're either understaffed or overwork their staff until they can't do their job properly. Avoid at all costs! And to think I paid nearly £50 for all this...Edit: I've never actually been angry at a dry cleaners, but these people completely incompetent! I tried to press out all the wrinkles only to discover that all of the interlining inside the suit have been completely separated from the actual suit fabric and bundled up in different parts. I will actually have to take the whole thing apart and fix the interlining and put it all back together. They have ruined a bespoke suit! Do not go to them!!! WARNING!!!
